Robert Griffin III Looks To Be A Leader In D.C.

In all the hubbub of the MLB Home Run Derby was Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was asking his teammates what drove them to be better. Not only did this display of leadership prove the intangibles that caused the Redskins to trade up in the draft for Griffin but, for Redskins fans it made for some interesting reading.

Completely over-shadowed by Prince Fielder’s 12 home run, final round eruption. It started like this.

Maybe this is the start of big things in the nation’s capital as Griffin attempts to bring his positive winning attitude to his new team. From the looks of it, his teammates are buying in and he’s off to a fantastic start.
